Over three months, we’ll move through a carefully sequenced arc of inner work designed for lasting change.
In bi-weekly sessions, we’ll work with the body, the breath, and the deeper layers of who you are. We will audit and overhaul the points of friction that keep you from a life of vitality and true fulfillment.
Drawing from somatic experiencing, breathwork, nervous system regulation, self inquiry, values-based psychology, and self hypnosis, this work is personalized based on what you need, when you need it.
No prior experience necessary. An honest willingness to look is enough.
