Embodied Mysticism is a direct experience of the Divine through deepening connection with the Self and the World. It is the felt sense of Source within, around, and through you.
It involves both transcendent and inscendent practices - tools that expand and connect us to the vast unknown of the cosmos and others that view the themes of mundane day-to-day as divinatory language.
We will explore the oversoul, the self beyond self, that god’s eye view of your life with the same reverence, care, and openness as we explore the suppressed ego self, the abandoned inner child, and the ignored future elder.
Embodied Mysticism is a spiraling alchemical journey that proclaims:
to know God is to know one’s self, to know one’s self is to know God.
We’ll explore various modalities, from ancient wisdom traditions to modern psychology, that facilitate a self connection and self exploration that will enable you to see and know the world and your place in it.
Trusting that a force both within and beyond us holds the wisdom of life,
that every single cell in our bodies is imbued with this wisdom,
this process asks a deep and humble listening to the guidance of the heart.

The concept of ‘God’ here is defined as:
universal Source,
the ultimate and the absolute,
inert matter and that which animates,
the great mystery,
the pregnant void,
the unknown,
the all that is,
the divine,
the awe-some,
life force energy,
cosmic consciousness,
The Way,
all light and all darkness,
the only constant behind an ever changing universe and the fluctuations themselves.
How do we connect with a force so inherent it would be akin looking at the back of our own eyeball?
Through a deep exploration of self we can come to know god, to speak that language beyond the mind.
This allyship with self brings us to a place of true knowing, where the Way will always playfully be revealed.
