Embodied Mysticism is a direct experience of the Divine through deepening connection with the Self and the World. It is the felt sense of Source within, around, and through you.
It involves both transcendent and inscendent practices - tools that expand and connect us to the vast unknown of the cosmos and others that work with themes of ordinary day-to-day life as a divinatory language.
We will explore the oversoul, the self beyond self, that god’s-eye-view of your life, with the same reverence, care, and openness as we explore the suppressed ego self, the neglected inner child, and the unheeded future elder.
Embodied Mysticism is a spiraling alchemical journey that proclaims:
to know God is to know one’s Self,
to know one’s Self is to know God.
Trusting that a force both within and beyond us holds the wisdom inherent to all living things,
that every single cell in our bodies is imbued with this wisdom,
this process asks a deep and humble attendance with the guidance of the heart.

The concept of God here is applied as:
Universal Source,
the ultimate and the absolute,
inert matter and that which animates,
the great Mystery,
the pregnant void,
the all-that-is,
the Divine,
life force energy,
cosmic consciousness,
The Way,
all light and all darkness,
the only constant behind an ever changing universe and the play of fluctuations themselves,
that which is beyond conception.

How do we connect with a force so inherent it would be akin looking at the back of our own eyeball?
Through a deep exploration of self we can come to know God, to learn to speak that language beyond concepts of the mind.
This allyship with self brings us to a place of true knowing, where the Way will always playfully be revealed.
