about addison

mystic. artist. healer. guide.

Founder of ADYASoul,

Addison is an internationally practiced somatic guide and mentor who lives her ethos of experimentation and authenticity.
With an approach that consistently expands what is possible, she leads an exuberant life of deep self expression, curiosity, and reverence.

“I’m honored to walk beside others in their heights and depths of being, as they remember and embody what it means to be whole and free.”

Committed to lifelong growth and meaning-making, Addison has moved through cycles of personal transformation where seemingly insurmountable obstacles became stepping stones to increasingly purposeful and embodied ways of being.

I know what it’s like to forget myself

to be completely consumed by depression, unhealthy relationship patterns, compulsive escapism, chronic illness, grief, holistic unwellness..

trapped in a purgatory of ennui, reaching for any excuse to self abandon.

This urge to distance and disconnect didn’t come from a lack of love for the world or a desire to stay small, but from an undeniable knowing of the vastness of my true capacity and the terror that I’d be burned at the stake for expressing it.

To save my own life, I had no choice but to embrace the initiation into the Void,
the numinous unknown,
and live into the world that beckoned me from beyond my greatest imagination.

Addison explores and expresses her devotion to cycles of change, self-reclamation, and belonging through her work as a writer, vocalist, healer, and guide.

Captivated by the human heart’s resilience and hunger for meaning and connection, she is honored to support others in coming home to the most vibrant version of themselves.
