about addison
practitioner. guide. mentor.
Founder of ADYASoul, Addison is an internationally practiced somatic guide and mentor who lives her ethos of experimentation and authenticity. With an approach that consistently expands what is possible, she leads an exuberant life of deep self expression, curiosity, and reverence.
“I’m honored to walk beside others in their heights and depths of being, as they remember and embody what it means to be whole and free.”
Committed to lifelong growth and meaning-making, Addison has moved through cycles of personal transformation where seemingly insurmountable obstacles became stepping stones to increasingly purposeful and embodied ways of being.
i know what it’s like to forget myself
to feel completely lost in the throes of depression, unhealthy relationships, PTSD, addiction and escapism, chronic illness, and grief, where I’d reach for any excuse to abandon myself.
This urge to distance from myself didn’t come from a desire to stay small, but from an undeniable knowing of the extent of my true capacity
Through practices of embodied mysticism, I finally embraced this initiation to the unknown to live a life beyond my greatest imagination.
Addison explores and expresses her devotion to cycles of change, self-reclamation, and belonging through her work as a writer, vocalist, healer, and guide.
Captivated by the human heart’s drive for meaning and connection, she is honored to support others in coming home to the fullest, most integrated version of themselves.
